Once the New Audit Plan form has been submitted, the team leader will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to schedule the audit.

They will also receive an email informing them of the assigned task.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the team leader to the Schedule Audit form. This form contains details previously established in the New Audit Plan form. This form can be divided into four main sections:

  1. Audit Details
  2. Scheduling
  3. Requirements
  4. Evidence
  5. Establish Contact

** The Evidence tab will only be included in this form if a requirement is linked to a test. If none of the requirements for this audit are linked to a test—or if a requirement is linked to a test but the test itself is not linked to any evidence—there will not be an Evidence tab.
