Considerations

  1. Time Zone Impact: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to mark out the impact of different time zones as an important consideration for the audit program.
  2. ICT Availability: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to mark out the availability of information and communication technologies as an important consideration for the audit program.
  3. Tools/Tech/Equipment Availability: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to mark out the availability of tools, technology, and equipment as an important consideration for the audit program.
  4. Facility Requirements: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to mark out facility requirements as an important consideration for the audit program.

Financial & Time Resources

  1. Inline Add: This button allows users to add a new item/resource.
    • Item: This is a text field that allows users to input the name of the item.
    • Cost: This is a numeric updown field that allows users to input the cost. Users can enter this number either manually or by clicking the increment/decrement arrows.
    • Time: This is a numeric updown field that allows users to input the time. Users can enter this number either manually or by clicking the increment/decrement arrows.
    • Comment: This is a text field that allows users to input their comment on the item.
  2. Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit an existing item/resource.
  3. Delete: This button allows users to delete an item/resource.

Additional Requirements

  1. A: This is a rich text field that allows users to input the required audit reporting output, to whom the output is to be distributed, and any matters relating to confidentiality and information security.
  2. B: This is a rich text field that allows users to input any health, safety, and environmental arrangements for the auditors.
  3. C: This is a rich text field that allows users to input the requirements for travel or access to remote sites.
  4. D: This is a rich text field that allows users to input any security and authorization requirements.
  5. Submit Form: This button allows users to submit the form.
