If the Add button in Define a New Requirement is selected, it will open a pop-window with the following form:

  1. Display Order: This is a numeric field that allows users to input the display order of the checklist item. It is a mandatory field. The number inputted will determine the sequence of items in the checklist.
  2. Question: This is a rich text field that allows users to input the question.
  3. Answer Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that display a list of answer types. It is a mandatory field. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
    • Answer Types: True/False, Multiple Choice, Text Value, Yes/No, Pass/Fail.
      • Users need to validate the checklist item in order to input the correct answer to the question.
      • If True/False is selected, it will display the following radio button:
      • If Multiple Choice is selected, it will display the following text fields and checkboxes:
      • If Text Value is selected, it will display the following text field:
      • If Yes/No is selected, it will display the following radio button:
      • If Pass/Fail is selected, it will display the following radio button:
  4. Will this check be validated?: This is a radio button that allows users to select only one option from a set of mutually exclusive options. It is a mandatory field. Users can choose to either validate or not validate the checklist item.
  5. Save and Return: This button allows users to save the checklist item and return to the Define a New Requirement form.
  6. Save and New: This button allows users to save the checklist item and open another form to create another checklist item.
