At the bottom of the Schedule Audit form, there is the following button:

  1. Establish Contact: This button allows you (the team leader) to establish contact with the selected users.
    • Lead Auditor will then be tasked with assigning auditors.
    • Lead Evidence Collector will be tasked with assigning collectors.
      • This task only applies if a requirement is linked to a test. If none of the requirements are linked to a test—or if a requirement is linked to a test but the test itself is not linked to any evidence— the Assign Collector(s) task will not be sent out.
    • An email will be issued out to the team leader and applicable resources informing them that a new audit plan has been added to the database. This email will include details about the audit schedule.
      • Resources, in this context, refers to the assigned lead auditor, lead evidence collector, and auditees.
