In this section of the New Audit Plan form, users can add/select an audit for execution. Users can also override certain audit details previously inputted in the New Audit Definition form.

  1. Audit Plan ID: This field is automatically populated with the plan ID whenever a new audit plan is created.
  2. Audit Plan Name: This is a text field that allows users to input the name of the audit plan. It is a mandatory field.
    • Once an audit definition has been added, its name will automatically populate this field. If multiple audit definitions are added, their names will populate the field with an ampersand (&) separating them.
  3. From: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start of the date range (for the audit execution).
  4. To: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end of the date range (for the audit execution).
  5. Add: This button allows users to add an audit, thereby setting it up to be executed.
  1. Estimated Effort (Hours): Once an audit has been selected for execution, this field will automatically display the total number of hours estimated for its execution.
    • If multiple audits are selected, this field will display the combined total of hours.
    • Note: The estimated effort of an audit is a value that would have been inputted in the New Audit Definition form.
  2. Audit Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined audit types. It is a mandatory field.
    • Once an audit has been selected for execution, this field will automatically display the audit type selected in the New Audit Definition form.
    • Audit types are created in the Audit Types section of Audit Application Settings.
  3. Region: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined regions (from the Region form). The region selected in this field will override the one chosen in the New Audit Definition form.
    • When a Region is selected, it will filter the items in the Country dropdown.
  4. Country: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined countries (from the Country form). The country selected in this field will override the one chosen in the New Audit Definition form.
    • When a Country is selected, it will filter the items in the Site dropdown.
  5. Set This Location: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to set a new location site for the audit execution (thereby overriding the one previously set in the New Audit Definition form).
    • If this checkbox is selected, it will enable the Site dropdown.
    • Site: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined location sites (from the Site form). It is a mandatory field. The site selected in this field will override the site chosen in the New Audit Definition form.
