Once all applicable resources have been assigned, the team leader will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that the schedule has been confirmed.

They will also receive an email informing them of both the schedule for the audit plan and the audit details. (These details would have been inputted in the New Audit Definition form.)

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the team leader to the Schedule Confirmed for Audit Plan form. This form essentially combines the details set in the Schedule Audit form, the Assign Auditors form, and the Assign Collectors form into one comprehensive program. It does not allow for any modifications.

This form can be divided into three main sections:

  1. Audit Details
  2. Scheduling
  3. Requirements
  4. Evidence
  5. Reject or Confirm

** The Evidence tab will only be included in this form if a requirement is linked to a test. If none of the requirements for this audit are linked to a test—or if a requirement is linked to a test but the test itself is not linked to any evidence—there will not be an Evidence tab.
