In the New Audit Definition form, if a requirement is imported and tests are subsequently assigned to it, the change will only register for the next audit definition.

Consider the following example:

The Laboratory Document Control requirement is imported to the Summary of Requirements tab. It has not been assigned any tests.

Once imported, the requirement is assigned a test using either the Tests Management or Requirements Management application.

In the New Audit Definition tab, the Laboratory Document Control requirement is still in the Summary of Requirements tab.

  • If the user keeps the already imported requirement, the newly assigned test will not apply until the following audit definition has been created.
  • If the user removes the imported requirement, refreshes the page, and reimports the requirement, the test will apply to the current audit definition.
