With this latest release, we have resolved the following issues:

  1. Tests List Not Fully Translated to French

Previously, when switching to French mode, there was an issue with the Test List module not being fully translated to the language. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Extra Row in Requirement List After Importing Requirement

Previously, there was an issue where upon users importing a requirement in the Import Requirements module, an extra (empty) row would automatically populate the grid inside the Requirement List.

  1. Tasks Sent in Incorrect Order

Previously, there was an issue with tasks being sent out at the wrong times and/or in the wrong order. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Corrupt Task Re-Assignment

There was an issue with the Task Re-Assignment function, where if users were to re-assign a task to another user, the task would become corrupt. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Tasks & Emails Not Fully Translated to French

Previously, when switching to French mode, there was an issue regarding certain tasks and emails not being fully translated to the language. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Missing View Buttons in Grids

In certain forms, there was an issue with the View button being missing, which we have resolved in the latest release.

  1. Empty Location Column in Forms

In certain forms—such as those comprising the Plan & Execute Audits workflow—there was an issue with the Location column, which remained empty despite applicable data existing in the system. We have resolved this issue in the latest release, ensuring that these columns are now populated with the applicable information.

  1. Empty Schedule Deadline Column in Dashboard Drilldown Reports

In the drilldown reports of the Dashboard module, there was an issue with the Schedule Deadline columns, which remained empty despite applicable data existing in the system. We have now resolved this issue, ensuring that these columns are now populated with the applicable information.

  1. Missing Details in Execute Audit Email

Previously, there was an issue with the Execute Audit email, which had missing details about the assigned audit. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Incorrect Warning on Saving Execute Audit Form While Other Tasks Are In Progress

Previously, there was an issue where if users were to save the Execute Audit form while the Collect Evidence workflow was still in progress, they would receive an incorrect warning message. (This message would caution users about submitting the form rather than saving it.) We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Corrupt Execute Audit Task if Assignee for Document Request Is Not Set

Previously, there was an issue where if the assignee was not set for an issued document request, the Execute Audit task would become corrupt. (Corrupt, in this case, means that that some features would rendered unusable.) We have resolved this issue, ensuring that the task remains stable regardless of whether an assignee is set.

  1. Different Headings in Audit Finding Form and Grid

Previously, in the grid and supplemental forms of the Requirement Conduct Result form, there was an issue with inconsistent headings. We have resolve this issue by applying the same headings, where applicable.

  1. Unwanted Rows Created When Editing Audit Findings

Previously, in the Requirement Conduct Result form, there was an issue where if users were to edit an audit finding, it would result in an extra (empty) row populating the grid. We have now resolved this issue, ensuring that only the selected item is altered in the grid.

  1. Missing Attached Files After Logging Observations

In the Requirement Conduct Result form, there was an issue with the file attachment field, where if users were to attach a file and then log an observation, the attached file would disappear. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Missing Edit Button in Comment Field

In the Collect Evidence form, there was an issue with the Comment fields, which were missing an Edit button. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.

  1. Replies to Comments Not Visible

In the Review Evidence form, there was an issue with the Comments grid, which was not displaying replies to comments. We have resolved this issue in the latest release.
