Personal information must be handled confidentially and securely stored at all times. Faculty and students should not use email to share passport copies or information. Students are required to submit their passport information and/or emergency medical and contact information only through the College’s secure sites such as Via TRM, the Hive/Pharos360 or Canvas. The faculty/staff traveling abroad agrees (i) to alert ITS and his or her supervisor immediately if the copies of passports are lost and (ii) to delete all students’ personal information upon the completion of their Study-Travel Course.
