International Cell Phone and/or Contact Information

It is important that the OIE be able to contact you quickly in case of an emergency.

Instructors are required to have one or both of the following:

• A cell phone that operates in the destination country; this contact number must be left with the OIE prior to departure.
• Telephone contact information where the group will stay or the cell phone number of the in-country coordinator.

The OIE staff can assist you with getting an international cell phone or satellite phone through a provider. The College will not release your cell phone numbers without your permission.

Should you fail to follow this policy, or any of the policies the College has outlined, the College will be hampered in its efforts to support you in the event of an emergency or legal or insurance claim.
