Materials Provided by OIE

The Office of International Education will provide each study/travel course instructor with the following materials:

• Each student’s emergency contact and medical information via the Hive (Pharos360)
• Access to required forms submitted by the students through Via-TRM
• Mandatory medical insurance policy numbers of the enrolled participants
• Emergency protocols and contact information
