  • Participants may also leave copies of their travel documents with a family member back home.
  • Understand which medications are/are not permitted in your host country.

Once registered, you will receive information about how to sign up for it and use this resource to receive alerts and view a wide variety of helpful information about your destination(s), including a medical search feature.
  • Do your participants know:
    • the location of the nearest fire exit in their lodgings/building?
    • where to meet you and/or the group if they are inadvertently separated en route to a new location?
    • how to contact you or another leader?
  • Do they have?
    • a map of the area?
    • a list of key phases in the native language?
    • a business card with the name & address of where you’re staying?
    • a “buddy”?
