The following Properties can be configured for Users under the Accounting tab:

The Accounting tab is used to define user Properties for Cost Accounting and Quota Management functions. Instructions for configuring Cost Accounts and Quota Management are detailed later in this manual. Some fields may be hidden until Cost Accounting or Quota Management is configured properly.

  • Cost Account – this optional field details the users default Cost Account or cost center within the organization for cost recovery and reporting purposes.
  • Refresh Quota Class – this optional field details the Quota Class a user belongs to. It is only visible if Quota Management has been enabled within the PriApps system.
  • Click Quota Balance – this optional field specifies the user’s current click quota balance. It is only visible if Quota Management has been enabled within the PriApps system.
  • Job Account – this optional field specifies the Job Account ID for the user, which is used for reporting purposes.
