The Live Usage screen is a useful tool to quickly see at-a-glance current activity for any user or any device being managed or monitored by PriApps.
Select Live Usage from the Reporting sidebar menu option.
Live Usage shows the last 500 jobs for all users and all devices by default. This includes all Print, Copy, Scan and Fax usage being tracked by PriApps.
To view a specific user’s jobs, select their User Name from the dropdown filter.
To view jobs for a specific device, select the Device Name from the dropdown filter.
You can also increase or decrease the number of jobs you can view in the filter.
