An LDAP configuration must be set up for every external LDAP or Active Directory system that PriApps should synchronize its user database with. New enabled Users found in the LDAP will be added to PriApps.

Existing users, which have been disabled in LDAP, will be disabled in PriApps. Any details, which have changed in the LDAP, will be updated. An optional user group can be defined in the LDAP to which all valid users of PriApps must belong. Details of the external LDAP system must be provided so the LDAP service can access it correctly.

First ensure the LDAP services are started. Click on Manage Server in the left side menu bar and ensure that both LDAP Update Service and LDAP Authentication Service are both enabled and started.

Next click on the Tools menu option and then LDAP Integration

Next click on the ADD button ( ) in the right-hand side of the screen to add a record.

Complete the details in the General, Server and Options tabs as a minimum.

Once completed, select the Save / Confirm button ( ) on the right-hand side of the screen to save all details.
