The Incident/Crisis Response Process tab helps users outline how they will respond should a critical situation occur.

  1. Incident/Crisis Response Process: This field is automatically populated with the process selected in the active BCP. It cannot be modified.
  2. Process Link: This field will automatically display the link to the selected process. Clicking the link takes users to the process in EPC.
  3. General Plan: This field is automatically populated with the information previously inputted in the active BCP. It can be modified.
  4. Process Description: This field will automatically display the description associated with the selected process. It can be modified.
  5. Tasks: This field will display the list of tasks associated with the selected process.
  6. Submit Form: This button allows users to submit the form.
    • Users should not submit the form until they have decided which action items need to be triggered for execution.
  7. Save Form: This button allows users to save the form.
    • If saved, this form can be found in the Drafts tab (under Pending Tasks).
