Only users with administrative rights can access this section of the BCM application. Similar to the List All BIA module, here, administrators can access a list of all BIAs created. (These BIAs can be in the approval cycle or already approved.) Unlike the previous section, however, not only can administrators view these BIAs but they can also edit them and determine whether or not they are active.

Search Panel

The search panel helps users to filter requests that match the search criteria. It consists of the following search fields:

  1. BIA ID: This is a text field that allows users to input the BIA Id.
  2. Assigned To: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of users. It allows you to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
  3. EPC Process: This is a single select dropdown field that retrieves the list of processes from EPC. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
  4. Filter: This button retrieves the list of requests that match with the search (based on the values you entered).
  5. Clear Filter: This button clears the filters that were used in the previous search.

Grid

  1. Edit: This button allows users to edit a BIA.
    • To edit, select the BIA that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Edit button. It will open a pop-up window with the form Edit the BIA. (This form is a duplicate of the Modify BIA form). To save your changes, click on the Apply button at the bottom of the form.
  2. View: This button allows users to view a BIA.
    • To view, select the BIA that you want to view from the grid and click on the View button. In viewing mode, users cannot make any modifications. They can, however, perform Excel-related activities (export, import, and create an Excel template) and access/download available templates (see previous section for details on this feature).
  3. Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit inside the grid. Here, it specifically allows users to manually select/deselect the Is Active checkbox.
    • To edit inline, select the BIA that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Inline Edit button.
  4. Export to Excel: This button allows users to export selected columns from the grid to Excel.
