Once the BIA has been submitted, the assigned user will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to complete the BIA.

The assignee will also receive an email informing them that they have received a new task.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email should direct the assignee to the Complete BIA form. This form is composed of 6 tabs:

  1. Request BIA
  2. Alternative Workarounds
  3. RTO & RPO
  4. Financial Impact
  5. Non-Financial Impact
  6. Disaster Impact

With the exception of the Request BIA tab, each tab in this form is scored according to a certain criteria. For details on this criteria, refer to the BIA Scoring System.

Once this form has been submitted, it will be sent for review and approval.
