5.1. Asset Management

In this section, users can access the list of assets as well as create/edit assets.

Search Panel

The search panel helps users to filter requests that match the search criteria. It consists of the following search fields:

1. EPC Asset: This is a single-select dropdown that retrieves the list of EPC assets. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
2. Business Priority: This is a numeric field that allows users to input the business priority level.
3. Filter: This button retrieves the list of requests that match with the search (based on the values you entered).
4. Clear Filter: This button clears the filters that were used in the previous search.

Grid

1. Sync with EPC: This button allows users to synchronize with EPC. Once selected, the data stored in EPC will be synced with the data that is retrieved and displayed on this page.
2. Add: This button allows users to add a new asset.
   • If selected, it will open a pop-up window with the New Asset form.
3. Edit: This button allows users to edit an existing asset.
   • To edit, select the asset that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Edit button. It will open a pop-up window with the form Edit Asset. To save your changes, click on the Apply button at the bottom of the form.
4. Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit inside the grid. Here, it specifically allows users to manually select/deselect the Active checkbox.
   • To edit inline, select the asset that you want to edit from the grid and click on the Inline Edit button.
