1. Priority: This is a numeric field that allows users to input the priority level. The priority is based on a scale of 1 to 10.
  2. EPC Asset: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of EPC assets. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
  3. Active: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to mark the asset out as active.
    • Active assets are included in the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). They are also used in the Define an Action Item form.
    • This checkbox is automatically enabled whenever a new asset is added; however, if users do not want the asset to be included in the BCP, they can still manually deselect the checkbox.
  4. Locations: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of active locations (from the Location List). It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
    • Select All: This button allows users to select all locations in the dropdown.
    • Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all locations in the dropdown.
  5. Key Contact: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of key contacts from the user list of DBP. It allows you to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
  6. Secondary Contact: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of secondary contacts from the user list of DBP. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
  7. Vendor: This is a text field that allows users to input the vendor.
  8. Vendor Contact: This is a text field that allows users to input the vendor contact.
  9. Functional Responsibility: This field is automatically populated when an EPC Asset is selected. It cannot be modified.
  10. Recovery Procedure: This is a description box that allows users to explain how to recover the asset, when the asset is down. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, links, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
  11. Save and Return: This button allows users to save the asset, close the window and return to the main form.
  12. Save and New: This button allows users to both save the new asset and open a new form to create another asset.
