7.1.1.2. Alternative Workarounds Tab

This tab has its own scoring system.

1. Process Hours: This is a single-select dropdown field that displays a list of hours/timeframes. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown. The value selected represents the amount of time required for the process.
2. Q1-4 & Q6-7: These are all single-select dropdown fields that display a list of predefined answers (Yes/No) to the questions. They allow users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
   • If Yes is selected in Q1, the following field will appear:
     
     • Q2: This is a description box that allows users to input a description of the manual workaround for the process. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, links, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
   • If Yes is selected in Q7, the following field will appear:
     
     • Alternate Process: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of processes from EPC. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
   • If No is selected in Q7, the following fields will appear:
     
     • Q8: This is a single-select dropdown field that displays a list of predefined answers (Yes/No) to the question. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
     • Name the Process: This is a description box that allows users to input the name of the process for which this process can be an alternate. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, links, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
     • Describe the Process: This is a description box that allows users to input a description of the (previously named) process. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, links, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
3. Q5: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of active locations (from the Location List). It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
4. Question Mark Icon: This is an icon that is used to clarify the expectations of the adjacent question. To access this clarification, hover your cursor over the icon.

5. Submit Form: This button allows users to submit the form.
   • Users should not submit the form until they have gone through each tab.
