Location Name: This is a text field that allows users to input the location name.
Active: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to mark the location out as active.
Active locations are included in the Business Impact Analysis (BIA), the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). They are also used in the Define an Action Item form.
This checkbox is automatically enabled whenever a new location is added; however, if users do not want the location to be included, they can still manually deselect the checkbox.
Description: This is a text field that allows users to describe the location. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, links, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
# & Street: This is a text field that allows users to input the street number and name.
City: This is a text field that allows users to input the city.
Province/State: This is a text field that allows users to input the province/state.
Country: This is a text field that allows users to input the country.
Postal Code: This is a text field that allows users to input the postal code.
Office Phone Number: This is a text field that allows users to input the office phone number.
Key Contact: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of key contacts from the user list of DBP. It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
Select All: This button allows users to select all key contacts.
Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all key contacts.
Save and Return: This button allows the user to save the location, close the window and return to the main form.
Save and New: This button allows the user to save the location and open a new form to create another location.
