Main screen tabs
The tabs are intended to organize the application in order to concentrate all interfaces with some type of relationship within the same tab. The name of the tab should give the application user an idea of the purpose of the interfaces it contains.
For example, a tab called (Quality) should concentrate the interfaces intended for the management of quality-related issues, such as interfaces for handling quality problems, answering customer calls, among others.
Add tabs on the main screen
To add a tab on the main screen, follow these steps:
- Access the tab (Design Tools);
- Click on (Screen Design) and select the tab (Page Config);
- Click the (New) button;
- Fill the (Page Name) field with a suggestive name and then click (Save);
- To change the description of an already created page, click on the (Change) button;
- Use the (Up) and (Down) buttons to change the order in which the tabs will appear on the main screen.
