Manage Notes

The add-in provides functionality to add and delete notes associated with tasks using the Add/Edit Notes and Erase Notes options. This feature is particularly useful for incorporating additional information pertinent to tasks.

To add a note, select the activity row to which the note should be appended and click the Add/Edit Notes button. This action opens a window containing a field for note entry. All notes are linked to the corresponding entry in the Activity column.

To edit an existing note, select the row containing the note and click the Add/Edit Notes button. To delete a note, select the row with the note and click the Erase Notes button. This ensures that all notes can be easily managed and updated as needed.
