To view an Events details, Event Criteria, Fees and authorised Organisations that can enter a specific Event, right click on the Event name and select the option – Details.
For every Event created any user can view the following information about the Event.
The menu tabs for the Event details will be listed as a submenu (see image below)
Details | This screen details where an Event is being held, type of Event, registration and competition date details. Who owns the Event |
Criteria | Details rules surrounding the Entrants (Competitors) i.e.: age, membership registration season and award requirements for the overall event |
Fees | This will show you the fee structure for the event |
Organisations | Lists which organisations are eligible to enter into this event |
Controls | Details additional rules implemented for this Event such as Allowing Reserves, Combo Teams |
To view a list of Contests that are being held within an Event highlight the Event name and click on the open button (located bottom right corner)
The screen will display all the Contests within the selected Event. The screen allows for sorting and filtering by using the filtering options above the contest list.
