This report will list all Officials that have been entered into the Event and their attendance data.

Officials First name
Official role – Multiple official roles separated by a comma will be listed. This field will show all the roles that the Official has been assigned to during the entire Event period.
This info can be picked up from the attendance data.
Areas – multiple areas separated by a comma. This field will show all the areas assigned to the member during the entire event period. This info can be picked up from the attendance data. Since it is okay for the official to not have an area assigned, this field could have blank values.

Please note that the report will only consider those Officials who have marked attendance at least once for the event will be included in the report.
Officials with zero attendance data and are removed from an event will not be a part of this report.

From the list of output format, there are some medical details that are not maintained in SEMS at the moment. The said details need to be imported via an SQL job that runs daily to import Surfguard data.

There are two report options:
To sort by Official surname or Organisation
There are two report print options: CSV or PDF
