Report provides the details of the Event including Location, Registration and Competition dates, together with a break down of contest dates, start times and area locations.
The report has two print options, PDF or CSV and includes a print option to include the area map.
The first section of the report shows the following:
Event Name
Event Owner
Host:
Location information from the ‘where’ section of the event.
Registration dates
Competition dates
Map (included when “Include Area Map” option is chosen in the print option)
This shows the Event location as defined by the GPS coordinates in the event ‘where’ info. It shows as a big Icon with ‘Eevent Location’ and then the map show’s all the ‘areas’ defined in the areas section with an icon and the area name.
If the coordinates are not present in the ‘Where’ section of the event details page then show a message – “GPS information is not available.”
The second section of the report display’s the list of contests grouped by the contest start date & time giving Date/Day.
These groups will be ordered by the contest start date and the internal contest list will be sorted by the contest start time.
The contest list will show below set of information:
Contest name
Start time (Contest start name)
Area name – Name of the area that is assigned to the contest. In case of no area assigned, keep it blank.
Contests where the date and time field is not filled, they will fall under a separate group ‘Undefined’ where the contests will be sorted basis their contest name.
