6.4.1 Adding Competitors to a First Round Draw

Once a contests round draw has been created users are unable to add or edit entries via the Entrants or Participants Screens.
Editing a team entry (substitution) or to add a person (on the fly) can be done in the Contests – Run – Round Draw Screen.

Open up the Event
Highlight the Contest and click ‘Open’
From the Menu bar select ‘Run’ and ‘Round Draw’

Solo Contest
Click ‘Add Person
Use the Organisation filter select the Club that you wish to add the competitors from
SEMS will list all eligible competitors.
Highlight the competitors name and click ‘Add Person’
Click Close to exit the ‘add person to heat’ screen

Team Contest
Click ‘Add Team’
Use the Organisation filter select the Club that you wish to add the competitors from
Type in the Team Name – Click ‘Done’
SEMS will list all eligible competitors.
Highlight the competitors name and click them over to the competitors box.
Once you have finished adding all team competitors click ‘Done’
Click ‘Save’

Note: Once results have been placed for a contest you can only add a person/team from the Results Entry Screen.
