6.5.1 – Adding a Person from the Results – Entry Screen

You can add a competitor or team to a contest from within the Results Entry Screen

Note: once a draw has been created you can not add a person/team via the Entrants/Participant Screens
Note: once results have been placed for a contest you can only add a person/team from the Results Entry Screen.

To add a competitor /team
1. Open up the Contest
2. Select ‘Result’ and then ‘Result Entry’ from the menu tabs.
3. Select the contest
4. Click ‘Add Person’
5. Using the Organisation filter select the Club that you wish to add the competitor from SEMS will list all eligible competitors.
6. Highlight the competitors name and click ‘Add Person’ Note: it may ask you to select a competitor role ie: General Competitor Once you have finished adding click ‘Cancel’ to exit the ‘add person to result’ screen
