6.1.2 Editing Entries once a Contest Round Draw has been Created

Once a contests round draw has been created users are unable to add or edit entries via the Entrants or Participants Screens.
To edit a team entry (substitution) or to add a person (on the fly) can be done in the Contests – Run – Round Draw Screen.

Open up the Event
Highlight the Contest and click ‘Open’
From the Menu bar select ‘Run’ and ‘Round Draw’
Click ‘Add Person’
Using the Organisation filter select the Club that you wish to add the competitor from
SEMS will list all eligible competitors.
Highlight the competitors name and click ‘Add Person’
Once you have finished adding click ‘Cancel’ to exit the ‘add person to heat’ screen

Note: once results have been placed for a contest you can only add a person/team from the Results Entry Screen.
