5.2.1 Full Competitor List Report for External Organisation

Note: For Branch, State or National Eventadmin or Superadmin operators.

If you wish to provide an External Organisation with a report detailing their competitor entries follow these steps.

1. Click ‘Reports’ from the menu tab
2. Select ‘Full Competitor List – Alphabetical’ from the drop down box
3. Tick the checkbox ‘Choose only External Organisation’
4. To select the External Organisation click on the ‘Select External Organisation’ filter and proceed to select the specific Organisation
5. Click ‘Show Report’ and select to print PDF or CSV
