4.2.2 Adding Competitors to your Team

Once you have created the team name:

1. Highlight the appropriate team
2. Click the EDIT button

The system will load and display all the competitors in your club that qualify for this contest.

1. To add a competitor to the team, highlight their name
2. Click on the + (add) icon to transfer their name across to the team.
3. If a competitor is not available in the ‘qualified’ list, uncheck the ‘Qualified’ checkbox. The system will list all members in your club that do not qualify for this contest.

4. You can check to see why they do not qualify but clicking on the red NO sitting in the ‘Qualifies column’.
5. Continue to add competitors to your team until the team is full. The team will be marked as ‘incomplete’ until all team members have been entered.
6. The screen will display how many team members are allowed to be entered into the team contest
7. Upon clicking the ‘Done’ button the team is then saved.
