6.6 Generating Next Round Draws

Click the Results menu tab, ‘Results Entry’ page will display
Select the contest that you wish to create the next round draw for
Click ‘Define Next Round’ link (located bottom left side of screen), the next rounds screen will display
1. Enter in the Round Type (e.g. Semi Final)
2. Enter in the number of heats
3. Enter in the ‘round positioning’ rules i.e random or seeded based on placing, times or points.
4. Enter in the desired ‘top competitors’ to be selected for the next round draw i.e top 6 competitors from previous rounds.
5. Click ‘Save’ button
6. Click ‘Generate Draw’

Once the next round draw appears on the screen the user once again has the option to:
• Lock the Draw
• Swap competitors around
• Add Person
• Print out the draws

Once you are satisfied with defining your next round draw click ‘Generate Draw’.
