6.4.3 Using selected Alley Positions for IRB Competition

When creating draws for contests that use ‘alley’s’ such as IRB contests the system uses alley positions 1 through to 10.
Alley 1 being the Red and Yellow can
Alley 2 Black can
Alley 3 Green White stripe
Alley 4 Red
Alley 5 Blue White Stripe
Alley 6 Yellow
Alley 7 White Black Stripe
Alley 8 Orange
Alley 9 Green and Yellow
Alley 10 Purple

Sometimes there is an occasion when creating a contest draw that certain ‘Alley’s’ are not being used ie: Not using Alley 1.
If this is the case when in the Run – Rounds screen, and the contest is an ‘Alley’ contest, then users are presented with the option to ‘Select Alleys Positions’
Tick the checkbox ‘Use Selected Alleys Positions’ and then tick the Alleys that are going to be used.

If all Alleys are to be used then tick the checkbox:
‘Use all alley positions (which is the default setting)
