3.1.5 Event Organisations

The ‘Organisation’s’ screen allows the owner of the Event to select the Organisation’s (clubs) that are eligible to enter into the Event.
Users can select either individual clubs, several Branches, all clubs within a State or all clubs nationwide from the drop-down list.
(NOTE: The system works in a hierarchical tree format therefore if you select a state then all the organisations within that state will also be selected)

To select
1) Click on the arrow to access the drop- down list.
Highlight the Organisation eligible to enter the Event
2) click them over to the right side of the screen using the arrow

Within the Organisation’s section, Event hosts can also set the rule to allow the system to accept ‘Members of the Public’ or entries from ‘External/International Organisation’s’.
To activate these rules simply tick the corresponding checkbox.
NOTE: Members of the Public function has not yet been developed.
