What is Social Squared?
Social Squared is a Discussion Forum tool that allows users within your organization to post questions or announcements. The discussions are held within a structured forum group hierarchy which can be contextually hosted within Microsoft SharePoint Sites or Microsoft Teams Channels. Rather than sending direct emails should you have a question, posting the question within a forum as a Topic allows other members of your team to benefit from the answers given without sending or receiving multiple emails. Questions can be marked as answered which helps to inform subject matter experts, or other team members experiencing similar issues or having similar questions, to benefit from the answers provided. Over time, the questions and answers form a knowledge base, which enables new employees to benefit from the information collected.
