Manage Posts

Once posts have been created, they can be edited to modify content, add attachements, mark as answered, or be deleted.

Edit an existing post

1. Navigate to the post and click on the ellipses.
   
   
2. Select Edit from the option menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Make the desired changes to the post and click Update.

Add an attachment

1. Navigate to the post and click on the ellipses.
   
   
2. Select Attach File from the options menu.
   
   
3. Choose either ‘Take a picture’ or ‘From Device’.

*The attachment option on the mobile phone app is only for photos or images.

4. Select the photo or image, and it will be added as an attached link at the bottom of the post body.

Mark as answered

1. On the post, click on the ellipses.
   
   
2. Select Answered
   
   
3. This will display a green circle with a check mark, indicating that the post has been answered.

*Only the owner of the post can mark the post as answered.

Delete post

1. On the post, click on the ellipses.
   
   
2. Select Delete.

*In the mobile phone app, only the creator of the post can delete the post.

3. This will delete the post.
