Providing Feedback to Posts

There are three methods for providing feedback to posts.

Ratings

Posts can be rated out of 5 stars by clicking the appropriate star in the top right hand corner of the topic. Within the Forum view, the average rating of the topic will be displayed.

Voting

Posts can be voted up or down, but you cannot vote on your own posts. A good use for Voting is when the Topic is an Idea, and the Replies are then voted for. E.g. “Where should we have our Christmas Do?”. Answers can be voted for.

Likes

You can show your appreciation for a post or post reply by clicking on Like.
