Rostering: Utilising the Deputy Platform, the rostering process is conducted, aiming to be finalised one month in advance whenever feasible. Flexibility is inherent in both the centre’s rostering system and shifts, with the Operations Centre Supervisor (OCS) striving to accommodate the diverse needs and limitations of all operators to the best of their ability. The OCS and SCA will work in conjunction to roster for both paid operators and volunteer operators.

It’s encouraged to raise any concerns, issues or suggestions during these meetings, this allows the OCS and OSS to address and rectify these promptly.
