The User access tab gives admins a number of options when it comes to user control including adding new users, changing user access to customers, modifying user privileges and more.
Administrators with root privileges also have the option of the limiting user access for partners as well as customers.
Views and filters
All user levels and customers are sorted into charts to achieve a clear overview access.
From this view, only customer access is shown. To see what functions your users have access to, go to “User access – Customer level” below.
The user list is by default sorted by name, to sort by access to a specific customer, simply click on the customer and all users with access rights to the specific customer will be shown.
User accounts that have expired are marked in red.
Filters
To filter out all users that lack access to a specific customer, find the customer and click on the box with a dash inside of it, now only users with the specific access will be shown.
And to see all users without access to that customer, click once again in the same box.
By clicking on “Clear filter”, any filtering options are reset, and the default view will be shown.
