How to: Using Observit helpdesk.

If you’re a partner or a recurring customer, keeping track of your conversations with our support is easily managed through our Helpdesk
From there you can view all your issues, feature requests or general inquiries that you might have.

Already have an account?

Input your credentials under Login and select the Login button below. Any updates to your active tickets will be displayed automatically.
To see all of your tickets, simply select “My tickets”, here you’ll see all your active and resolved tickets, with an option to hide all resolved ones.

Replying and editing.

By selecting a ticket, detailed information about the ticket and any replies will become visible. If the issue has been resolved, under “STATUS” please select “Closed” and the Save Changes button.
If not, select “Add Reply” and type in your reply to us, and press Send. The page will reload, and your reply will be shown at the bottom.

Don’t have an account, and don’t want to wait?

No problem, just select “Submit a Ticket” and we’ll take fix an account for you.
Select department “Observit” and click on Next. Input your name and e-mail, as well as a description of your issue, press Submit, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
