The recordings tab shows the last three months, the number underneath the dates shows how many videos that have been requested for that date.
While browsing a date with requested recordings, information about the videos can be seen underneath the calendar.
The selected day is marked in blue, and today’s date is marked in yellow.
- Start time – The requested start time of the video.
- Length – Length of video in hours and minutes.
- Request time – Date and time of when the video was requested.
- User – The user that requested the video.
- Status – Shows either:
- Complete – video is available for watching.
- Received by vehicle – the server is waiting for the upload from the vehicle.
- Failed – something went wrong during upload.
- Recording id – The id number of the request, used to identify a specific video.
- By clicking on the recording id, a popup with additional information will open.
- Vehicle id – The vehicle from which the video was requested.
- Description – Information entered by the user while making the video request.
The recording details window provides more information regarding the request for video and the result, as well as links to the Web player and the option to download the video to your PC for distribution.
