The hierarchy in OEC is made up of the default root, then partners and finally customers.
The root level stems from Observit, partners are often IT-solution providers using OEC to supply a platform for their customers.
Partners are shown in blue and can hold both partners and customers, one or more of each category.
Customers are shown in yellow and is made up of both private and public companies, government agencies, transportation authorities and all of their employees.
