Hardware installation
Mount camera and other hardware in the vehicle. Connect camera to the vehicle network and power up the camera.
Connect PC to vehicle network and access the camera from a web browser by entering the cameras IP-address in the browser’s address field.
Login to the camera and adjust camera view by physically adjusting the lens.
If required, rotate image in camera settings.
Verify onboard installation
Connect vehicle to Mobile Network
Verify access from camera in vehicle to Internet using OEC.
Please note that a few specific ports must be open for outbound traffic.
OEC Cloud service
Open a browser and log in to the cloud service
Assign the vehicle to a site (garage). The vehicle will be placed in the default garage “New Vehicles” if no other info is available.
The vehicle can now be monitored and managed from the OEC cloud service.
