In our “How to” section, a detailed guide to using Damage investigation is available.
The Damage Investigation tab shows a calendar with the last three months, the number underneath the dates show how many videos that have been captured on that date.
The selected day is marked in blue, and today’s date is marked in yellow.
While browsing a date with recordings, information about the videos can be seen underneath the calendar.
- Start time – The time the vehicle was identified by the LPV camera
- Length – Length of videos in hours and minutes.
- Status – Indicates if videos have been recorded
- Result – A Web player link to the videos captured
- Recording id – The id number of the passage, used to identify a specific video.
- By clicking on the recording id, a popup with additional information will open.
- Vehicle id – The vehicle that triggered the LPV camera
- Registration number – The licence plate of the vehicle
- Direction – Shows if the passage was in or out of the depot
The recording details window provides more information regarding the request for video and the result, as well as links to the Web player and the option to download the video to your PC for distribution.
