Editing and removing

Managing a user’s access to customers in OEC is easy, simply click on the pen icon on the right side of the chart, and a popup will open.

From here it is possible to change the name, e-mail, and phone number of a user.
There are also options for adding and removing admin rights, resetting passwords, locking and assign an expiry date to the account.
When you have selected the required settings, click on “Update”.

To edit what rights a user has on a specific customer, click on that customers name in the top menu.

Here you will find a great deal of options related to the viewing, editing, and deleting of vehicles and garages.
It is also possible to enable specific functions and features in OEC that a user should or should not have access to.
When the correct settings have been selected, click on “Update”.

Missing options for a specific customer?

Click on “Add customer”, tick the checkbox next to the desired customer, then click on “Update”.
A new tab will appear where the new settings can be edited.

Deleting users

If you wish to delete a user, click on the trashcan icon on the right side of the chart, a popup will open.

Verify that the username corresponds with the name of the user you wish to delete, then click the “Remove” button.
