The Recordings tab shows all recordings from vehicles in a garage.
If there are ten or less recordings, only a list will be shown. In the list, several details regarding both the recording and the request are shown.
One of the most important fields for regular users is Status, this shows either:
- Complete
Fetching of videos from the vehicle is complete - Upload in progress
The request has been received, video upload in progress - Waiting for vehicle
The upload request has not been received by the vehicle yet
It is not only the Status field that will update during the process of requesting video, the field labeled Result will also show an indication of the progress made thus far.
The Result field can show either:
- No info
No information from the vehicle has been received by the server - X minutes
A confirmation of the length of video requested and about to be uploaded - Web player
As soon as the video is uploaded, a link to the Web player will be shown.
This allows the user to view the video instantly in their own browser.
If there are more than ten recordings, a calendar view will be shown instead. To find the recording you are looking for, simply click the date in the calendar and select you recording in the list below.
To see more information about the request and videos, as well as to download the video sequence, click on the recording id link and a popup with additional information will appear.
Here more details about the request and attached video is presented, with information about the number of cameras/sensors, what time the upload was finished, a checksum to verify that it is the correct video.
There are also links to the Web player, and an option to download the video to your local PC, for distribution and analysis.
