In the Information tab you’ll find information about your selected customer.
From here, it’s both possible to rename an existing customer, and to assign an e-mail address to that specific customer.
If a request for video upload is made by a user without an e-mail address, a notification when the upload is complete will be sent to the e-mail address entered here.
Notifications regarding automatic uploads are also sent to the e-mail address entered here.
The customer number is used by Observit or Observit partners when sending invoices to customers.
Customer key is a parameter that needs to be entered into certain apps in cameras and other equipment, to ensure that they report to the correct customer.
