Column Settings

Other column settings include:

Move Right/Move Left

Move Right and Move left enables you to position the column within the grid view. This setting is a personal setting. To set the column positioning for all users, please use the Advanced Mode.

Show Column/Hide Column

The Show Column provides a list of columns specific to the list type(s) that you are aggregating from. You can therefore add additional columns to the personal view, or remove a column from the grid view.

Group By

Group By enables you to group by a column. The Group By can be toggled on or off, and will affect your personal view. An example is shown below of grouping by the Priority column within a Task list rollup.

In this screenshot, you can see the Grouping is set on the Priority Column which is also demonstrated by the icon in the Priority Column Header.
