Individuals who require Disability Support Services for a statewide meeting should contact the chair, host and articulation facilitator at least two weeks prior to the meeting with information about the specific services needed. The Host is responsible for making arrangements for the support services. After the two week window, the host institution and the articulation facilitator will make their best effort to provide the services needed, but services are not guaranteed. The Host has the option to forward the invoice to AZTransfer for payment. If the individual requiring services cancels within 72 hours of the meeting, the individual’s institution must assume the costs of the services.
